- When do the items arrive?
Items will usually arrive within 1-2 weeks after payment has been sent to supplier. Some would take about 3-5 days, while others might take up to 3 weeks depending on the shipping method. Please refer to the spree status.
- How long do i have to wait for the confirmation letter?
Please kindly wait for 48 hours for the confirmation letter to reach to your inbox/junk mail. After 48 hours, if you have not received your confirmation letter, you can email LGOS asking for it.
- What are the payment mode available?
LGOS takes in Paypal , Bank Transfer , Cash, ATM Transfer and Bank Cash Deposit.

Registered Air Mail : Only for Overseas Customers. LGOS will instantly choose this shipping method for Overseas Customers , Cost : Weight

LGOS don't believe in cheap goods will sell, LGOS believes that good quality.
